Overall: This is "must have" neckwear as opposed to basic. Intense color replaces the lightness of Sprg 1 to correspond to the warmer climes of 2nd Qtr and summer also transitions to fall. XMI is using fine, heavy European qualities, not junky, cheap Chinese qualities in line with the re-emergence of the luxury market, but still sensible.
