Return Policy

XMI accepts returned merchandise within 14 days of date of receipt of order. A return shipping label is enclosed with each product. Please use this label to mail in your return. Return shipping charges will be paid by XMI. All merchandise must be returned unworn and in it's original condition and packed securely. Customers are asked to specify the reason for the return on the return form included with the original shipment. Credit will be issued upon the inspection of the product. Refunds issued will be for the price of the merchandise plus tax if applicable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

Orders received prior to 11:00 AM (Central Time) will be shipped out by the next business day, unless otherwise specified (Overnight shipping). All orders are shipped via regular UPS, UPS 2nd Day or UPS Overnight. Regular UPS may take up to one week in some service areas.
